Directions for use:
Snip off the edge of the capsule and squeeze out the contents of 1-2 capsules into half a litre of hot water ot into a tissue/handkerchief. Inhale deeply keeping your eyes closed.
 
Beneficial in: Stuffy nose, heaviness in the head and irritation in the nose, Sinusitis.
